The service

Sourdough Maths provides a free recipe calculator, recipe pages, and educational articles about sourdough baking. A paid Pro tier adds recipe saving and bake logging. The calculator and recipe pages remain free for everyone.

No warranty on baking outcomes

Our calculations use the baker's percentage system used by professional bakers and we take care to be accurate. However, baking outcomes depend on your flour, starter, environment, technique, and oven. We provide the site "as is" and make no warranty about the success or food-safety of any particular bake.

Pro subscription

• Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You can cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
• Refund requests within 14 days of first payment will be honoured. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
• If we suspect abuse, we may suspend or terminate accounts.
